Hawaii, again!!!

I just booked my ticket today to go home!!! Like always, I am so excited and I can't wait. I will be home for a whole month this time, which will be great because it will give Caisen time to adjust to the 6 hour time difference. I will be gone from Nov-Dec because we are going to celebrate his first birthday there. Stephen will be there for 2 weeks and my mom and dad in law will be there for a little less than 2 weeks. HOW COOL! I am so excited to be there with them and I am so grateful for such wonderful in laws and parents.

My table is finally finished!...and a new bookcase/tv stand!

This past weekend I was finally able to finish my dining table. Actually, it had been done for a while, I just needed chairs. I ended up returning the bar height chairs I had originally bought(look for a post about it dated somtime in June). So I ended up buying regular height chairs and chopping down the legs on the table and making it the regular dining height. Which I am so happy about! These pictures do not do it justice but I hope that you can kind of see it. To me, it looks as if I bought the table from a store...so I'm super happy about that! And it cost me 100 gazillion times less than it would from a store...which I am extra happy about.

I bought this bookcase/room divider a couple of weeks ago and Stephen and I finally set it up. It sat in a HUGE box in our living room the whole time. It's pretty huge and you can't really tell from the pictures. So, to give you an idea of how big it is...if you look at the picture where you can see pictures of Caisen on the wall then you can see that the bookcase pretty much goes up the wall half way. It's a little less than 4' tall. The first time I saw it I knew I had to have it! And I am so glad Stephen has been so supportive of me building and buying all these things. You can see that Stephen and I have just thrown Caisens toys on the bottom until I get nice baskets to store his things and our DVD's and what not. This bookcase will eventually be a home for the flat screen TV that I've been dying to get. Maybe this Christmas? Right baby:)

I think I'm a vampire!

I've been bitten by the twilight saga. I just finished Twilight and started New Moon tonight. I have dreamt of Edward and the book, and I've actually woken up in the middle of the night to contemplate whether to read more since I just couldn't stop thinking about it.
If you want to catch the bug go to these sites for more info on the books and movie:

And be careful, you may just think you're a vampire too.

This is what Stephen lets Caisen do at church...

...squash his face in the glass!
