my thanksgiving entry this week.

I absolutely LOVE my family!  With each passing day my love for my sweet husband and children grows.  I guess that's the blessing of losing time...it allows us to develop a stronger love for each member of our family.

Four years ago I fell in love with Stephen.  He was the one.  My only one.  And I was his.  The love that I felt then was amorous and pure and abundant, like a warm blanket wrapped around every inch of your body.  Filling every empty void.  And now my love has magnified.  Even multiplied.  I thought then that I couldn't live without him in my life and I know now that I can't live without him.  I won't live without him.  (I tell him all the time that if he leaves I'm going with him.:))

When I first met my sweet Caisen, I felt a feeling that I recognized.  A familiar love and a comforting love.  I knew at that exact moment that he was mine.  He was sent to be mine.  And I was his.  He chose me and only me to be his mom.  That was the same feeling that I felt with Stephen.  He was mine and I was his.  At this great moment of love did I fully understand the blessings of being eternal

Meeting Anela this past summer brought back those familiar feelings of love.  That she was mine and I was hers.  Only this time around it was magnified.  Multiplied.  And so much more meaningful.  When I held her for the first time those feeling washed all over me again like the ocean.  Touching every part of my heart.  Hugging it.  Giving it every reason to beat and live.  And love.

There really is no definition of how great an eternal family is to me. Or of how much I love my eternal family.  I am forever grateful to Stephen for giving me my beautiful children and an eternal family to have. My husband and children are my familiar feeling of love.  Because they are mine and I am theirs.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

So we LOVE our new camera! It has tons of cool features and we just LOVE taking pictures of Caisen and Anela!  (Now we just need to figure out how to use it...)

Stephen was able to capture this adorable face of Anela in her crib one night!  Boy do we just love her...

And this is how a hawaiian will do "flavo flave"!  He's got his popo car leashed up!
